Training Administrator

Main purpose of role: To provide general administration for the operation of training.


Specific responsibilities:

  • To support a fast-paced, busy team with all elements of administration

  • To input all required information into databases or spreadsheets

  • To ensure all data is inputted accurately and consistently

  • To monitor email inbox, responding to queries and updating records

  • To create basic spreadsheets and databases

  • To ensure all files (electronic & paper) are kept up to date

  • To answering the telephone in a quick and efficient manner

  • To make recommendations for improvements and updating of internal administration systems

  • To carry out general typing and administration, including creating and updating a variety of documents

  • To record data and maintain spreadsheets, forms and records for remote and employer invigilation

  • To update communication and welfare platforms when a learner starts and leaves

  • To monitor Tutor diaries and provide updates to the management team

  • To monitor End-Point Assessment platforms, upload End-Point Assessment evidence, maintain End-Point Assessment records and liaise with partners and staff to arrange End-Point Assessment

  • To monitor and add learners to the sampling plans and Functional Skills platform

  • To liaise with other relevant individuals across the business

  • To promote the Company as a quality training provider

  • To work on projects

  • Any other duties as required.
