The Early Years Foundation Stage training courses I have received from Maybird Training have been excellent! During the sessions, Sonya put us at ease with her great sense of humour and was really knowledgeable about how playwork relates to the EYFS. Claire is always available for advice, with up-to-date knowledge of safeguarding and the Ofsted requirements - she has provided valuable input towards us achieving and maintaining our Outstanding Ofsted status.

Sonya is always very friendly and encouraging, particularly when having a hands on assessment, which could be quite daunting. She is always available for advice with written work and made the whole assessment process feel less of a burden than it might have.

Claire had good knowledge of the material in the course, being able to support me fully if I had any queries or didn’t understand part of the material. Claire was very professional during our training sessions and workplace observations. Claire was very friendly and easy to communicate with, especially good at replying to my phone calls or questions I had before our next session. I would recommend Claire as a teacher/assessor of childcare learning and development and I would rate her a 5/5!

Sonya was great throughout my early years qualification. She knew what she was talking about and the quality of teaching was good too. She was very friendly and easy to talk to. You could contact her easily and if you couldn't she would always get back to me. She was very reliable and turned up when a date and time was set. I would recommend Sonya and I would give 5 stars!
