The Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship
This apprenticeship takes from 8 to 24 months, plus a 3 month period to complete end-point assessment. We work in partnership with employers and develop a programme to address training and development needs specific to the apprentice/employer. The apprentice will be allocated a dedicated tutor to support them and the apprenticeship will be delivered through face-face, inhouse coaching. Coaching sessions will normally be conducted in the apprentice’s place of work, unless the employer prefers more online delivery. Upon completion, apprentices will achieve a 'full and relevant' level 3 Early Years Educator qualification, Paediatric First Aid and L2 Functional skills in English. (Maths is optional for over 19s)
The Level 2 Early Years Practitioner Apprenticeship
This apprenticeship takes from 8 to 24 months plus a 3 month period to complete end-point assessment. We work in partnership with employers and develop a programme to address training and development needs specific to the apprentice/employer. The apprentice will be allocated a dedicated tutor to support them and the apprenticeship will be delivered using a blended learning approach. Learning sessions will normally be conducted in the apprentice’s place of work and online. Upon completion, apprentices will achieve a 'full and relevant' level 2 Early Years Practitioner qualification, and L1 Functional skills in English. (Maths is optional for over 19s)
The Level 5 Early Years Lead Practitioner Apprenticeship
This apprenticeship takes from 8 to 24 months plus a 5 month period to complete end-point assessment. We work in partnership with employers and develop a programme to address training and development needs specific to the apprentice/employer. The apprentice will be allocated a dedicated tutor to support them and the apprenticeship will be delivered using a blended learning approach. Learning sessions will normally be conducted in the apprentice’s place of work and online. Upon completion, apprentices will achieve level 5 Early Years Lead Practitioner Apprenticeship and some apprentices may choose to achieve level 2 in English and maths, if they do not already hold this.
