At Maybird Training, our Early Years Educators have collaborated closely with outstanding settings across the sector to find out the all-important answer to “What makes them Outstanding?”. The following EIF workshops (within Kent) focus on frequently asked questions that will give you the tools you need to evaluate your provision and implement useful tips and simple ideas that have been tried and tested by real people in outstanding settings:
